Beginner Pole Flow

This class is for anyone wanting to build a solid foundation, gain strength, and begin learning basic spins on pole!

Fitness

This class was designed specifically to prep our bodies for intense aerial activities; however, this is a great class for anyone looking to gain stability and mobility in day to day life!
By moving slow and controlled in this fitness program, you will gain strength and can improve on pole and other apparatuses at a much faster rate.

Flexibility

Flexibility as an aerialist is essential! We will be increasing our range of motion and gaining mobility!
Flexibility is a great tool in minimizing risk of injury in aerial activities!

Advanced Pole Flow

This class will cover your more advanced shapes and tricks! We will take things up a notch and test your limits (safely, of course!)

- Shoulder Mount
- Solid invert
Specialty Apparatus

Babes, we have flying pole, hoop, silks, pole strap, hammock, and chains to play on! These specialty apparatuses are booked through a private lesson only, but are available!

Open Gym

Enjoy some free time on pole playing safely during open gym! Work on perfecting what we are practicing in class or record videos, the time is yours!
